Long Long Day

Mom woke me up this morning and got me dressed. When I went downstairs, Grandmom AND Granddad were here! They watched me eat breakfast. Mom had to go to big work after that. Poor Sadie was stuck in the kitchen. I tried to help her.

I played for a little while before I left for Mrs. Leigh Ann's. I love Mom's Gamecock shoes. :)

I had a good day today. I played at Mrs. Leigh Ann's and then I played at Grandmom and Granddad's. Then, Grandmom and Granddad brought me home. Mom was at little work, so I was waiting for her when she got home!

I had some dinner and took a bath. I'm wearing footie pajamas tonight! Heehee.

I played a little soccer with one of my blocks. Mom says she thinks I will play soccer for the Gamecocks. She also says that she needs to get a soccer ball for me. I agree...

Wildlife!

Oh, what a day! I slept great after Mom dropped me off in my room last night. I was only mad at her for a few minutes. I got up this morning and got ready for my day. I had breakfast and told Mom goodbye.

I read a book.

And played with my farm.

Grandmom and I had a series of unfortunate events this morning before we left. Sadie got stuck in my gate. And she had an accident. And Grandmom's van wouldn't go when it was time. Granddad had to come rescue us. I eventually made it to Mrs. Leigh Ann's. I had a good day. Mrs. Susie came to take care of us this afternoon. Then Grandmom picked me up and I went to her house to wait for Mom. It was her long day at big work. She finally came to get me. We had dinner and came home.

When we came home, Mom took Sadie outside. Then she came in and got me and took me outside. There were ducks in my yard!! They were saying "quack quack"!! I gave them some bread and they were excited. I liked them. Mom was scared of them. Mom is scared of birds. They make her nervous. But she knew I would like the ducks so she took me out to see them!

After my duck episode, I took a bath and now I'm going to bed. It's been a long day!

Laboring

Today was the Day Called Labor Day. That meant no early wake up and no big work or little work for Mom. YAY!

Apparently, on the Day Called Labor Day, you just sit at home and do nothing. That's what we did. I had breakfast and played with Mom. Sadie took a bath, which I thought was funny. I got dressed. I took a nap. I woke up and had lunch. I love squeezy applesauce.

I played some more. I watched Yo Gabba Gabba on my motorcycle.

I played. I watched a DVD. Grandmom and Granddad came by and I played with them for a little bit. Then I took another nap. When I woke up, I had a snack and then I played until dinner time. After dinner, I took a bath and got ready for bed. I refused to go to bed though. Mom finally just dropped me off in my bed all alone. I'm going to finish my blog and go to sleep, I guess. I don't think she's coming back....

Granddad

Sunday morning. I like to sleep in. :) When I woke up, I had breakfast and played for a while. Then I took a nap. After my nap, I took a bath and got dressed. Then I watched the Steve Spurrier Show to see what he had to say about last night's game.

When it was over, we went to Grandmom and Granddad's. Friday was Granddad's birthday, so we were celebrating today! Hooray! Happy Birthday, Granddad!!! (Isn't this hat hilarious?)

After lunch (and cake!!!), I played and watched some tv. It was pretty fun.

Then I took a nap. When I woke up, Mom and I came home. We didn't stay long, though. We changed clothes and left! We went to the Olive Garden to have dinner with Granny Kat, Uncle Hoppy, Katie, Bobby, Aunt Mere, Colin, and Brenna. I had that Never Ending Pasta Bowl thing. I love that food!!

When we came home, I watched Diego and then I got ready for bed. Mom doesn't have to go to big work or little work tomorrow, so we get to stay home! Yippee!!!

Game Day!!

Today was Game Day! It was a great day, too! This morning after breakfast, Mom and I got dressed and she took me to the park!! I had never been there before! It was SO fun! I got to swing in the swings (with Mom and by myself)! I LOVE swinging!

And I got to slide on the slide!! (Mom helped me!!)

After the park, I was so tired. I had some lunch and then I slept for almost 3 hours! When I woke up, I had a snack and took a quick bath to wash the dirt and sunscreen off. After that, I got dressed for the big game.

Mom had been watching football, but she let me watch the Backyardigans for a little bit.

When it was almost game time, I stopped what I was doing to have some dinner. Mom wanted to make sure we were through eating before the game started!

Mom let me have a tattoo like hers. :) I really liked it!

The beginning of the game didn't go so well. The Gamecocks looked like they were confused about what to do. I thought I was going to have to go help them. I got so upset that I went to sleep.

Mom tells me that after a lot of struggling, the Gamecocks got their act together and won the game. Hooray!!!

Mom and I love our Gamecocks!

I can't wait for next week's game!! GO COCKS!

Almost Time...

Mom said that today was "Celebrate College Colors Day". We wore our Gamecock clothes today. :) Grandmom took our picture before Mom went to big work.

I had a great day today! Mom picked me up and we went to the College Shoppe to deliver some cupcakes. I was so excited about all of the Gamecock stuff, but Mom didn't buy anything for me. Hrm. Then we went to Target to pick up a few things. After Target, we came home and Mom made some cakes while I had a snack and played. Then I had some dinner. I'm all ready for bed.

Tomorrow is a big day! It's Game Day!!! I have to wait until 7:00 to see my Gamecocks play for the first time this season. I hope Mom has some ideas for how to make the day go by fast!!

I'm ready for some football!!!!

Visiting

Another day has come and gone. It was a pretty good one. I woke up and had some breakfast. I told Mom bye and sent her to big work. I played with Grandmom for a little while before I went to Mrs. Leigh Ann's. It's fun to sit in my Bumbo backwards.

I love to watch my shows in the morning.

I had a good day at Mrs. Leigh Ann's. We went to visit with Mrs. Teresa and I got to do something called "Kindermusik". Mom was pretty excited about that when I told her. I spent the afternoon at Grandmom and Granddad's while Mom did some stuff. When she came, she brought me home. I played for a while so she could bake cakes. I'm getting ready for bed now. I'm saving up my energy because it's almost Game Day! I can't wait to see my Gamecocks play!
