Hooray For Friday!

I'm so glad it's Friday! I'll be glad to stay at home and play with Mom. She's been kind of grumpy this week, so hopefully I can cheer her up!

After I had breakfast and watched Little Einsteins, I went to see Mrs. Leigh Ann.

I had a good day. Mom picked me up as soon as big work was over and we came home. I had a snack and played. After a little while, I had dinner. After dinner, I played and watched the Backyardigans.

I'm pretty tired after this long week, so I think I'll go to bed. I'm sure tomorrow will be fun!!

Llama Llama

I helped Mom with her doughnut this morning. Yum Yum!!

Then I played with Pooh. I love him.

I had a pretty good day today. I played at Mrs. Leigh Ann's and Grandmom and Granddad brought me home. Mom was already home, so I got to spend some extra time with her today! I had a snack and watched the Backyardigans. After a while, Grandmom came back with some dinner or Mom. (It was from Groucho's, so Mom was super excited.) Mom and I ate dinner. I wouldn't eat my dinner until she was finished with hers. I wanted to help her. (Because who wouldn't want to eat Groucho's when presented with the opportunity?!?) After dinner, I played for a little while and then took a bath.

When I had my jammies on, Mom said it was time to read. She said that even though we read all the time, today was Read for the Record day. Everybody everywhere was supposed to read my favorite book, Llama Llama Red Pajama, today! (Or something like that.) I didn't have a problem reading that book!!

I love that Baby Llama!

It's such a great book! I hope the other millions of children that read Llama today enjoyed it as much as I do almost every day!!

Doughnuts Are My Friend

Every morning this week, I've helped Mom eat her doughnut for breakfast. They're the doughnuts we got at Windy Hill on Saturday. Today, we ate the last one. I was pretty bummed about that. I love them!

After breakfast, I did a little singing.

And explaining.

And playing.

Then I had to go to Mrs. Leigh Ann's. I had a pretty good day, I guess. Grandmom and Granddad brought me home so I would be waiting when Mom got home from little work. As soon as she got home, she made my dinner and we ate together. Then I took a bath. She says that as soon as the Backyardigans go off, I have to go to bed. That's ok. I'm ready.

Oh, and good news! Grandmom went to Windy Hill today and got some replacement doughnuts for me! Looking forward to breakfast!!!

Tuesday. Mom's forever long day at big work. Sigh.

Because I went to bed so early last night, I had to take a bath this morning. That was weird. Then I got dressed and had breakfast. After breakfast, I played for a while.

I like my cat pants.

I had a good day today. I waited at Grandmom and Granddad's for Mom to come. When Mom got there, I had dinner. After dinner, I helped Grandmom unload the dishwasher. That was fun until I wanted to keep my spoon. Then I was sad and we had to come home.

I'm so tired. My days are so busy.

I had a pretty good day. We went to Mrs. Leigh Ann's mommy's house today because Lauren was sick at her house. It was like a field trip.

After school, I played at Grandmom and Granddad's house while Mom was at little work. Granddad blew bubbles for us!!

We had so much fun playing outside!

Grandmom gave me some dinner and then Mom came to get me. I was glad to see her. We came right home and I'm going right to bed!!

Party on Sunday

This morning, I got up and had breakfast. It was chilly in my house! Mom and I snuggled while I watched Yo Gabba Gabba. I played for a while and then I took a nap. After my nap, I took a bath and got dressed. I got to wear my new squeaky shoes! When I was dressed, we went to Grandmom and Granddad's. I sat in the little chair and watched Diego.

Then I went to watch for Aunt Mere and the gang.

When they got there, we had lunch. It was Mom's birthday lunch. I had chicken and dumplings, corn, beans, potato salad, bananas, and Jello pie. It was a great lunch!

After lunch, we went to a party for Baby Banks. He is not on the outside yet. He got some nice presents.

After the party, Mom and I took Aunt Mere home and we came home ourselves. I fell asleep in the car and took a good nap when we got home.

When I woke up, I watched the Backyardigans and played. Then I had dinner and played some more.

Another weekend is coming to an end. Time for another busy week...

Oh, well. The sooner we get started, the sooner the weekend will be here again!

Ouch. My Feelings Hurt.

Oy. What a day.

It started out right. I had breakfast and a bath and got dressed. Mom and I went to Windy Hill Apple Orchard to meet Mrs. Chalica. She took my pictures all over the farm! I saw chickens and baby pigs! Then I had apple doughnuts and an apple slushie!

I fell asleep in the car and napped for a while when we got home. Then I had some lunch and Mom and I went to WalMart. After WalMart, I played for a while and took another nap. When I woke up, it was game time. Aunt Trina was at my house and Mrs. Chalica came later.

The game was just rough. There were lots of things about it that I didn't like. There were some good things, too. I had Aunt Trina's Cocky Cloth for spirit.

Things got bad when those nasty Auburn Tigers took the lead near the end of the game. I was worried.

My Gamecocks got the ball back and were heading down the field, but the men in the black and white shirts said they ran out of time. They were wrong. There was time on the clock, but there was nothing I could do to help my boys. We lost. I'm pretty upset about it. Annas do NOT like Tigers. Even though we lost, I'll always be a Gamecock. I'd rather be a Gamecock than some mangy old Tiger or flea-bitten Bulldog.
