Weekend Update...Sigh.

Saturday: After breakfast, I had a great time playing with my bag of new clothes from that sale.

I played for a long time and then I took a nap. After my nap, I played for a while and had lunch. After lunch, we went to Target. After Target, I took a long nap. When I woke up, I played for a while, had dinner, and then it was time for the football game! Yay!!

Well, I wish that hadn't happened. My Gamecocks lost. Some of them got hurt. I'm adding Razorbacks to the list of animals that Annas don't like. (Mom calls them "Pigs".) Whatever they are, I don't like them. They were mean to my Gamecocks and they hurt them. Some of the things they did on the field were mean on purpose and they should have gotten in trouble for them, but they didn't. Bad, bad, big, red pigs. Phooey.

Sunday: Something weird happened with the clocks in the middle of the night. We had to do one hour twice. Or something like that. It's some kind of weird grown up idea. Silly. I slept until 8:00 anyway. It's what I do. When I got up, I had breakfast and watched Dora.

I played for a while, took a bath, and then I took a nap. After my nap, I went to Grandmom and Granddad's. I had lunch there and then I played for a while. After that, Mom and I came home. I was tired so I took a nap.

When I woke up, I played and watched some of my favorite shows.

I had dinner and played some more. I read some stories with Mom. I love reading. After my stories, I put on my pajamas. I tried to play with Sadie, but I don't think she understands how to play. If she does, she's not very good at it. She just runs from me. I think that is funny anyway.

At this point, I refuse to go to sleep. Mom says that she knows my mouth hurts, but that I have to go to sleep. Mom says that I have at least four new teeth coming in on top and at least two coming in on the bottom. That's not as fun as it sounds, folks!!

Mom is telling me now that I'm going to bed whether I like it or not. I'm not sure I like it...

Time For The Weekend!

I was kind of off my game this morning. It was a bit of a rocky start.

I did a little playing with my farm.

It was raining, so I had to wear a raincoat. (I was also quite thirsty.)

I had a pretty good day, despite the start. Mom picked me up at Mrs. Leigh Ann's and then we had to go to WalMart. After WalMart, we came home. Aunt Mere, Colin, and Brenna met us at our house. After a quick snack, we left again. We went to an unusual place and did some shopping. I got some cute new things. After the shopping, we went to Charanda for dinner. I had something called a "quesadilla". Mom said she bets Dora and Boots eat them. I don't know how she could know such a thing. Whether Dora does or does not eat them, I liked mine! It was good! After dinner, Mom and I came home and I got ready for bed.

I'm excited that the weekend has arrived!! I can't wait to have fun with Mom tomorrow!!!

Holding On To Halloween

This morning, I got my Halloween present from Mom. She was going to give it to me yesterday, but I went to sleep. I was so excited! A Halloween Sing-a-ma-jig!!! I love it!

I do not love my nose. Can you believe how horrible it looks after my face-plant into the deck?!?

My Sing-a-ma-jig sings "Trick or Treat, smell my feet, give me something good to eat..." Haha. It's hilarious. I like the part where she yells, "BOO!".

I also love reading my Dora pumpkin book.

I'm an excellent reader.

I had a pretty good day today. Mrs. Leigh Ann brought me to Grandmom and Granddad's and I played there for a little while. Mom came and got me and brought me home. I played while she made dinner and baked a cake. Then I ate my yummy dinner. After dinner, I played for a little bit and then I took a bath. Mom helped me brush my teeth and read to me and now I'm ready for bed.

I'm Tired

I had a pretty good day, except for smashing my face on the deck. That hurt. I was very busy all day. I am very very tired.

I had to get up early this morning. I really don't like that very much. Oh well. I got up and got ready anyway.

I had breakfast and played for a little while. I played with Sadie. I wonder if she feels lonely when we leave for the day...

I had a pretty good day at Mrs. Leigh Ann's, I guess. Grandmom and Granddad brought me home because Mom had to stay at big work even later than usual today. When she got home, we all had dinner together. After dinner, I took a bath and got ready for bed.

Maybe I'll get to see Mom some more tomorrow...

My Second Day Called Halloween

Today was the day called Halloween! Mom didn't have to go to big work as early this morning, so I got to sleep in! Yay! And I got to watch the Backyardigans on tv!

It was cold, so I wore my pumpkin hat. :)

I had a good day at Mrs. Leigh Ann's. We had a party for the Day Called Halloween. Then I went to Grandmom and Granddad's to wait on Mom. We had pizza with everybody and then Colin, Brenna, and I put on our costumes. I was excited about wearing mine!

I went trick or treating at Mrs. Darlene's house. That's it. That's as far as I made it before I got tired and was ready to come home. Oh well.

When I got home, I sat with my Minnie Mouse pumpkin to have my picture made.

Mom made this pumpkin for me today. It has my name on it!! I like it! And it's not a real pumpkin, so I can keep it for next year!

I watched Dora and Diego and their Halloween adventures and now I'm going to bed. I've had enough excitement for one day! Happy Halloween!

Weekend Update...Pumpkins and Number Nine!

Saturday was a fun day! Mom and I woke up and played. After we played for a while, I took a nap. When I woke up, we got ready and left. We went to Olive Garden to have lunch with Bobby on his birthday! Hooray for Bobby! I got to have lunch with Uncle Hoppy, Granny Kat, Katie, Bobby, Aunt Mere, Uncle Corey, Colin, Brenna, and Mom. Grandmom stopped by to say hi to Bobby, but she didn't eat because she doesn't like Olive Garden food. More for me!! I loved my lunch!! After lunch (and cupcakes), we went to Target and then to WalMart. When we got home, I took a nap! I was worn out!!

When I woke up, look what Mom had done:

A Cocky pumpkin! I love it. I like to go over and talk to it. Of course, I was so glad it was Game Day. Since my boys were off last week, it's been a long time since I've seen them play. I was all suited up for the big event!

Have I mentioned how much I like Mom's pumpkin??

I enjoyed the football game. My boys were playing the Tennessee Volunteers. I am confused about what they are volunteering to do. They wear orange, so they are already bad in my book!! The Gamecocks looked different without Marcus (who was celebrating his 20th birthday on the sidelines), but they got the job done. 14-3, Gamecocks win! Elmo and I were glad!

(Another fun fact for the day...The orange Tigers lost their game! Annas do NOT like Tigers!)

Sunday was a little bit of a rough day for me. I am growing a lot of new teeth in my mouth. Mom has counted four, but you all know that I do not like her poking around in my personal mouth. My mouth hurts. I didn't really want to eat much at lunch time at Grandmom and Granddad's. I did fight through the pain to eat brownies and ice cream, though. I played the best game of peekaboo ever with Granddad while I was inside my little fence. After that, Mom and I came home and I took a nap.

When I woke up, Mom had carved my Halloween pumpkin. Minnie Mouse! Just like my costume!

After a little while, I got ready and Mom and I left. We went to church for dinner. Lots of people were glad to see me. I had fun and I had some good food.

It was quite cold outside when we left, so I got to wear my monkey hat!! I wore it all the way through WalMart and didn't take it off when we got home. I know I look good!!

I went a little nuts when I got home. I ran all around the room and squealed and climbed on the couch and chased Sadie. Mom said I was a wild woman. I was just excited because the Gamecocks are Number 9 in the BCS rankings this week!

I'm winding down now. It's definitely time for bed. Tomorrow is the day called Halloween!
