What do you mean it's not Friday?!?

Apparently it was only Wednesday. I'm not sure Friday is ever coming back. It was a pretty regular day. Mom dressed me in my wildest finest. :) I looked like some kind of baby animal. I went to Mrs. Leigh Ann's. Mom picked me up. I went to Grandmom and Granddad's to play. After supper, Mom brought me home. Pretty normal stuff.

Except Pinky and I were exhausted!!!

Five Months

I can't really talk right now....Glee is on!!

Oh fine....

It's my five monthiversary today. Can you believe it? Five months worth of growing. Five months worth of stories!!

I went to Mrs. Leigh Ann's today. I did not have a good day. I was very upset and still not feeling quite like myself. Mrs. Leigh Ann called Mom to tell her that I wasn't feeling well again. Mom left work early and came to get me. After that, we went to see Dr. Shuler. Because I've been sick, I've lost a little over half a pound. Crash diet. Dr. Shuler checked me out. He said I looked good and I just had something called a "virus". I think that must be the bug's name. Virus the Bug. He said I was probably just upset today because the bug wasn't quite gone. And he said it looked like Mom has done a great job taking care of me while I've been sick. I could have told him that stuff! Finally, he said that there was nothing else Mom needed to do for me and that this Virus would go away on his own.

After I saw Dr. Shuler, I went to see Grandmom and Granddad. I took a nap there.

Now I really need to get back to Glee. I love this show.

Victory Is Mine

Not good days. Whew. I'm worn out. That bug was NASTY! He was so mean to me. I was very sick Friday night and Saturday. And to make it worse, Mom said I had Hermey the Elf hair.

I was still very sick on Sunday. Mom let me watch this guy called Indiana Jones because she said it made her feel better. It didn't work so much for me, but it was interesting.

Mom didn't go to big work today. She stayed home with me. I'm mostly feeling better now. We just chilled out at home, trying to get our energy back. I found two shows I really like. I like Jack's Big Music Show and The Backyardigans. I talk to the tv when those are on. And I laugh out loud because they're funny.

Mom let me watch A Charlie Brown Christmas too. Poor Charlie Brown was confused about the meaning of Christmas. Lucy yelled a lot. Linus played with his blanket. Snoopy decorated his doghouse. Charlie Brown got the most pitiful Christmas tree I've ever seen. It looked like a stick. Charlie Brown totally spazzed out and then Linus told him that Christmas was all about the Baby Jesus and the Shepherds and the Wise Men and Angel and the Star. Then somehow, the goofy little tree looked like a real one and everybody was happy. It was a good show.

I hope that bug stays far away. I will blow raspberries at it.

And here's a big smile, just so y'all know I'm ok. :)

In other news, Mom only has 4 more days of big work before her vacation!! Woohoo!! :)

The Bug

Finally Friday! Hooray!!

Only it didn't go as planned. I went to Mrs. Leigh Ann's. But somewhere along the way, my tummy started doing horrible things and I stopped feeling well. Mom came to get me and we came home so Mom could take care of me. She says I must have caught "the bug". I don't understand that. I thought bugs were those creepy, crawly things. I certainly didn't touch one of those! But Mom says I have this "bug". Well, I wish the critter would pack up and leave, because I don't like feeling like this and it's the weekend!! I don't want to feel yucky all weekend!

Friday Eve

I can't believe it's not Friday yet! This week has seemed very long!

I had a pretty good day today. I felt much better at Mrs. Leigh Ann's. Aunt Mere picked me up and took me to her house. Mom came home pretty soon and we all hung out together. Grandmom and Granddad came too. Aunt Mere made some of her yummy soup and everyone had dinner together.

It was a casual day, but a good one. And best of all, tomorrow is finally Friday!!

Hooray!!

I was really not ready for photography this morning, but I'd never worn this outfit before. Mom says I probably won't get to wear it again because my legs are getting so long. It was a warm fuzzy outfit though. It is still seriously cold outside!!

Today was a typical Wednesday. Mom had big work and little work, so I went to Mrs. Leigh Ann's and then to Grandmom's to wait for Mom to come back. Mom had exciting news for me. Today was her last day at little work until next month. She said the big kids take a longer break than the little kids do. That means I'll get extra time with Mom in the afternoons now! Hooray!!
