The Parade

Yesterday was so much fun that I fell asleep before I could update you!

It was a normal day until the afternoon. Mom came early and we went uptown. I was festively attired in my red pea coat and my new reindeer hat.

It wasn't long before the parade started! It was exciting!!

I saw a band, some dancers, some fuzzy mascot things, some cheerleaders, some ladies in red hats, and some waving people. The best part of all was the GIANT cow!! I got so excited!! And mooed!!

At the very end of the parade, the Santa Man came! He called to me and waved! To me!!! :)

When the parade was over, we had pizza at Grandmom and Granddad's and came home. This is what a reindeer hat will do to your hair...

Today was a good day too. It was pretty normal. Just the regular stuff. I'm pretty tired, so I think I'll head to bed early tonight!

The Man: Part Two

I told you guys I met the Santa Man!!

I had a good day today. I went to Mrs. Leigh Ann's and waited for Mom at Grandmom and Granddad's. I had fun talking about Grandmom's Christmas tree. I tried to sit in the bear's tiny chair. It seemed like the right size for me. Mom brought me home and I'm ready for bed. Mom says we have a fun afternoon planned tomorrow!

Last Working Monday of the Year!

OK, so I just forgot to blog last night. But look how cute I was!!

It was a regular Sunday (breakfast, play, nap, Grandmom and Granddad's, back home) until the evening. Then I got dressed in my cute clothes and coat and went to Colin and Brenna's church to see their Christmas program. Brenna sang a song and Colin was in a little play. Both of them did a very good job!

After the program, I had a cookie and then we left. On our way back, we went by a LOT of lights. Mom said the McNeely's know how to do Christmas lights! It was very bright and there were Christmas trees that lit up with the music that was playing. I really liked it!

Today was a good day. I went to Mrs. Leigh Ann's and then waited for Mom to come back from little work. I waited for her at Aunt Mere's. She finally came and we ate dinner. It was yummy. It was special dinner for Uncle Corey's almost-birthday.

After dinner, we came home and I took a bath. I played for a little bit and now I'm ready for bed. Today was the last Monday that Mom has to go to big work until next year. That's exciting!!

Catching Up

It was a pretty good day. Mom was at big and little work for a long time.

It was a good day, too. And call the newspaper! Mom picked me up before it was dark outside!!

I was super happy to see that it was Friday. Also a good day. I love it when Friday afternoon comes.

Today has been a pretty chilled out day. I had strawberry oatmeal for breakfast. And I stole Mom's slippers.

After my nap, Mom was painting her toes. I liked it, so I let her paint mine too. I had to sit very still. Then she blew on my piggies, which was very funny!

I had macaroni for lunch. Mom had a special treat for my dessert. A Christmas Tree cake. I loved it!

Mom and I ran a few errands after my afternoon nap. Then Mom made blueberry pancakes for dinner. They were very yummy. I played and we read Christmas stories and now I'm ready for bed.

I just want to say that I am trying to blog. My computer is ridiculous tonight. I'll try again tomorrow!!!

The Man

Today was an interesting day. After I went to Mrs. Leigh Ann's and Grandmom's, I got in the van with Grandmom, Aunt Mere, Colin and Brenna and went for a ride. When we stopped, we were at big work!! And we found Mom inside!!! I was so happy to see her. She took me to see Mrs. Hope.


Mrs. Hope had a present for me. She helped me take off the wrapping paper that Mr. Harry so carefully put on and inside, there was a bear!



He's a talking bear that reads The Night Before Christmas. I like him so much!! Thank you, Mrs. Hope and Mr. Harry!

We walked around big work for a while, talking to people. Then we went in this big room and saw The Man!! The Santa Man!! Oh, I was so excited to see him!! But then Mom tried to make me sit with him. I was not having any of that. He smelled like reindeer and that made me nervous. Mom said it was ok if I didn't sit on his lap. She sat beside him and I sat with her. I had a very nice time talking to him. The Santa Man is very friendly. I hope I didn't hurt his feelings when I didn't sit with him.


After I saw the Santa Man, we walked around big work a little more. I got to play in Mom's classroom!


After that, we came home. When we got home, I showed my new bear his place under the Christmas tree. I think he will be good friends with my singing snowman pal, Sam.


Mom thought it would be a good time for a few Christmas tree pictures.


I think my Mom is silly. I was ready for dinner!!



I had dinner, took a bath, and put on my pajamas. Then I watched Michael Buble on tv. I like to hear him sing. Oscar the Grouch was singing with him, too!! After this busy day, I'm ready for bed!!

I'm OK...Don't Put Out An APB

I'm still here! Things have been kind of crazy around here lately. Sometimes I haven't been quite sure what was going on or if I liked it...

Thursday and Friday were sort of the same. Mom took me to Aunt Mere's first thing in the morning and Uncle Corey took me to Mrs. Leigh Ann's with Brenna. Aunt Mere picked me up in the afternoon and I went with her to Colin and Brenna's Gramme and Grandpa John's house. Aunt Mere brought me home both nights and had dinner with us.

Mom was VERY busy both of these nights. She had SO much cake.

On Saturday, Mom took me to spend the day at Aunt Mere's house. She had to deliver a cake and go to something called a "wedding". She was gone for a long time because the "wedding" was in Columbia. I had a good day at Aunt Mere's. I got to play and eat Chinese food! It was a fun day.

Today, I went to Longhorn to celebrate Katie's birthday. Happy Birthday, Katie! I really enjoyed my lunch. Then we went to Target. That was pretty much all of the excitement.
