You Can't See Me

Because I don't have any pictures today. It was a peculiar morning. Everyone was in a rush. Grandmom and Granddad went to the place called Gatlinburg today, so I had to hurry up and go to Mrs. Leigh Ann's. I went to Aunt Mere and Uncle Corey's house this afternoon while Mom was at little work. Uncle Corey made a yummy dinner. The food was called "lasagna". Very yummy indeed. While I was eating, Mom came to get me. She ate some yummy food too. Then we came home. I put on my pajamas and I'm heading to bed. I hope Grandmom and Granddad are having fun!

Blast Off!!!

I was not ready to get up this morning. Little Einsteins was just what I needed to "Blast Off" into my day!

I had a very busy day! I had a good time at Mrs. Leigh Ann's and a good afternoon at Grandmom and Granddad's while Mom was stuck at big work. All of a sudden, Mom came zooming in (in her magic rocket ship), rushed around for a few minutes, and then we got in the car with Grandmom and Granddad.

We ended up at Colin's school. We sat on these long, funny benches and waited. Eventually, Colin (and a lot of other children) came out and started to sing. They did a whole program about Christmas. It was very entertaining and Colin even had to sing by himself! He did a great job and I am proud of him!

After the program, we came home and I had some dinner while I watched Rudolph on tv! Mom was so excited that Rudolph was on! She said I had seen it before, but I really enjoyed it this time! :)

After this busy day, I am very, very tired.

I can barely keep my eyes open. I think I will "Blast Off" to bed!

No Thanks!!

I was not at all interested in getting back to my normal routine, thank you very much!

But Mom said we had to, so I went full speed ahead into Monday!

I had a pretty good day at Mrs. Leigh Ann's. Then I spent some time at Grandmom and Granddad's. Then I went to Aunt Mere's house. That's where Mom found me after little work. I was SO happy to see her. I ran to her as fast as I could and grabbed her leg! She was glad to see me too.

Mom says it's getting close to the time when our story time will be a Christmas story. I thought I'd get a head start with this one.

I hope the week goes by quickly so I can get to my weekend!

It's Great To Be A Gamecock!

Well, I partied like a rock star until after 3 this morning. Needless to say, Mom was NOT happy with me. Yikes.

I woke up around 9:30 and had some breakfast and played. Then I got ready to go.

Mom and I went to Grandmom and Granddad's and had lunch with everybody. Then I passed out. Until after 5:00. When I finally woke up, we talked to Pete, Helena, and Uncle Brent on the iPad and then we came home.

I played for a little bit, had dinner, and played some more. It's time for bed now.

My Gamecocks are still the State Champions today! Very exciting!!

That Just Happened

Why couldn't the Clemson football team make chocolate chip cookies? Because it took them too long to peel the M&Ms!! Bahahahahahaha!!

Hahahaha. Ok. I'm alright now. Today was the big game. Those dirty old Tigers came to Columbia. It was for real. It was for all the marbles. It was for bragging rights for a year. And I had to wait ALL DAY!!!

Mom and I had a good day. We played and played all day long. I took some naps, we ate some food (most notably Grandmother Auten's fruit salad), and we played and played. FINALLY, it was time for the game! I did some stretches to get ready.

I got my game face on and watched the game.

The Gamecocks got off to a good start and got on the board first. They shut down the Tigers and scored again. The Tigers got to score because of a ridiculous call by the ACC officials. (That's what Mom called them. Except she said they were "Blankety-blank ACC officials".) Our kicker really messed up and the Tigers got the ball where they weren't supposed to have it. Our defense is tough, though, and they only got 3 points. After that, it was pretty much all Gamecocks. The Tigers got 3 more little points, but that was it. At the end of the game, it was 34-13 and the Gamecocks were victorious!! Take your furry tails back to the foothills, Tigers!!

Or as Auntie Trina would say, "Kick Rocks!" Heeheehee. I am so proud of my Gamecocks! It's been a tricky season. We sent Stephen Garcia away. We lost Marcus Lattimore to a knee injury. At times it has seemed like the list of uninjured Gamecocks was shorter than the injury list. But at the end of the day, my football playing Gamecocks learned a lesson from our Back-to-Back National Champion baseball team. They learned to "Win Anyway". We finished the season with 10 wins and only 2 losses. That is something to be proud of.

And Mom says we're not finished. She says we get to play in one of those bonus games called a "Bowl Game" in January. She said we don't know which one yet, but she'll let me know! That's very exciting news!

This happy little Gamecock is signing off! State Champions for another year!!

Gray Friday

A quick post now that my camera has been recovered.

Yesterday was the day they call Black Friday. It didn't seem very black to me. I woke up and my cousins were at my house! Pete, Helena, Colin, and Brenna!! We had breakfast together and played. Mrs. Chalica came and took some pictures of us. Uncle Brent took my cousins to a movie. Mom didn't think I was quite old enough to go yet. That's ok. I took a great nap!

When I woke up, we went to Grandmom and Granddad's house. Uncle Brent and my cousins were there. We ate lunch and played some more. I tried to wear Uncle Brent's hat. It had a Gamecock on it, so I loved it!

When Grandmom, Aunt Mere, and Aunt Deborah came back from shopping, Uncle Brent, Aunt Deborah, Pete, and Helena left. We'll see them again for Christmas. I can't wait!

After some dinner, Mom and I came home. I watched a show about Hoops and YoYo and then I went to bed.

I'll post again later after the big game if I'm not too mad. :)

The Day Called Thanksgiving

The Day Called Thanksgiving. The day when you think about all of the things you're thankful for. So, what am I thankful for?? Hmmm...

I watched the Macy's Parade. I really liked all the things. The bands, the floats, the big balloons...

But my favorite part was seeing the Fresh Beats and Dora!!

After the parade, I took a nap and then I got ready to go. We went to Grandmom and Granddad's. Uncle Brent, Aunt Deborah, Pete, Helena, Uncle Corey, Aunt Mere, Colin, and Brenna were already there!! I was so excited to see everyone!!

Aunt Deborah brought me some koulourakia! I was so excited! I took the bag right out of her hands! I was allowed to have one, even though I hadn't had dinner yet.

Then I went outside to play with my cousins. Pete brought this funky ball.

While we were playing, Grandmother, Granddaddy, Uncle Hoppy, Bobby, Granny Kat, and Katie came! After we played, we had dinner. I was so tired that I didn't really want to eat. I took a nap instead. When I woke up, I had something to eat and then I played with everyone. I played with the iPad with Helena and Brenna.

We had a great time together. I got pretty tired, so we came home. But the fun wasn't over! Uncle Brent, Aunt Deborah, Pete, and Helena spent the night at my house!! I played with Uncle Brent for a long time!

So what am I thankful for?? My family...they love me. My Sadie...sometimes she lets me pet her. My house...I like to play here. My toys...I'm very busy. Squeezy fruit...it's my favorite. Cake and pie...I like those too. My Mom...she takes good care of me. My pibey...it makes me feel better when I am sad or tired. EE and my friends...they take good care of me when Mom is at work. My Gamecocks...I love them. And for pink...it's just pretty.

Happy Thanksgiving!!

That Secretary...

I can see that I'm just going to have to get my own computer. Mom is having a hard time remembering to make hers accessible!

I had a good day on Tuesday. I went to Mrs. Leigh Ann's and then to Grandmom and Granddad's. Mom came to get me right away and brought me home.

When we got home, Mrs. Lesley and Drew were here. I changed clothes and we all left together. We went shopping at Old Navy and then we ate dinner at Chick-Fil-A. I even got a peppermint chocolate chip milkshake!!! It was so good!!

Today was the first day of Mom's vacation from big work! We spent the whole day together. We ran some errands this morning. That included a trip to the bank. The nice lady there gave me something called a sucker. Mom said I could have it later. After lunch and my nap, it was apparently later.

That thing was SO good!!

It made me happy!

I'm a big fan of suckers!

After a while, Mom took it away and I cried and cried. :( I played until it was time for dinner. After dinner, I played some more. It's time for bed now. Mom says that tomorrow is the Day Called Thanksgiving and we will be very busy!!

Wishing

Mom says that it is almost time for her to have a vacation from big work. She says that the Day Called Thanksgiving is coming. I hope that happens soon!!

I had a good day today. It was pretty normal except Mom didn't have little work, so she came to get me earlier. I liked that! :)

It Was A Regular Sunday

It was just a normal Sunday. Up, play, nap, bath, Grandmom and Granddad's, and back home!

I Need A New Secretary

I am using my nature block to call the Personnel department. My secretary has not been performing up to my standards. She has failed to place my computer within reach two nights in a row. Apparently she did not see the memo that clearly states that I have readers that are extremely curious about my activities!!

Oh, but here I am on the computer tonight. She remembered. I guess I'll let her off the hook this time, but a letter will be placed in her file.

Thursday and Friday were pretty regular days. Mom had a lot of cake work to do, so I just chilled.

Today was a pretty good day. We had to go out really early to get some boxes for Mom's cakes. I wore my Cocky hat because it was cooooold! When we came back, I took a nap and Mom did some stuff. When I woke up, my Gamecocks were playing, but I couldn't see them. They were only on the radio, so I had to listen carefully. Mom made some lunch for me and I ate while she did some stuff in the same room with me. After lunch, I kept listening while my Gamecocks won their game. Yay! By the time the game was over, I was tired again, so I took another nap.

When I woke up, Mom had finished decorating the Christmas tree!!

I think it is so funny to have a tree in my house.

After I played for a long time, I had some dinner. Mom and I played for a while longer and now I'm ready for bed. I apologize for my lack of writing lately. I will try to remind Mom about my computer from now on.

Goodnight!!

To Oz? Not Today!

Today started out like a regular day. I got up and got dressed and went to Mrs. Leigh Ann's. I had a pretty good day. I went to Grandmom and Granddad's this afternoon while Mom was at little work. That's when things got weird.

There was a bad storm this afternoon. Very bad. There were terrible sirens wailing outside. Grandmom said that they meant that there might be a tornado. Like the one that took Dorothy to Oz! Oh, that was scary! We stayed in the hall at Grandmom and Granddad's house until the storm was over. I didn't have my ruby slippers, so I was not prepared to go to Oz today!

When the storms were over, Grandmom and Granddad brought me home. I had to tell my Gamecock monkey about all of the excitement.

After I had been home for a little while, I had an epic diaper malfunction. Mom took all of my clothes away. She was very busy making my dinner and baking cakes, so she didn't get me any more clothes!! She just left me running about in my diaper and socks!! I thought I was funny running around without my clothes on! (Do not worry. It was nearly 80 degrees today, so I was quite warm!) I had dinner without my clothes and then I watched Diego.

After Diego, Mom put my pajamas on. I'm ready for bed now. Mom says she doesn't think there will be any more storms.

Not Much To Say

Sometimes all you can do is bite Pooh's ear. Or tell him a secret. Yeah. That's what I was doing. Telling him a secret...

I had a regular Tuesday. I went to Mrs. Leigh Ann's. I waited for Mom at Grandmom and Granddad's until Mom got out of big work. We came home. I ate dinner, took a bath, and played. Now I'm going to bed.

I told you I didn't have much to say. Except to Pooh.

Something New

Today was a pretty good day. I got up and got ready for my day. I didn't really want to be awake.

When I got to Mrs. Leigh Ann's, I got to do something new. I got to play with something called play doh. It was really fun!! I had fun at Mrs. Leigh Ann's today. I spent the afternoon at Grandmom and Granddad's until Mom could come from little work. She finally came to get me and we came home. After we got home, I had a bath and got ready for bed. I'm heading to bed now.

Did you see my skinny jeans? Heehee. I like them.

Goodnight!

Weekend Update..No Pictures Please!!

Saturday: Mom and I had a fun morning playing together. Then we got dressed up in our pretty clothes and went to see Mrs. Erin. I played with her in a fancy place with lots of Christmas things and she took my picture. A lot. I told Mom she could not take my picture on Saturday. I was SO tired when we finished taking my pictures. I fell asleep in the car and slept for over 3 hours. I missed lunch!! I missed the football game!! Mom says my Gamecocks won! Yay! Mom and I went to the store and then we had dinner. We played and then I went to bed.

Sunday: I played with Mom this morning. Then I took a nap. After my nap, I got ready and we went to Grandmom and Granddad's. I had a yummy lunch and then I played with Brenna. I took a nap on Grandmom's lap.

When I woke up, Mom and I came home. I played and Mom put a tree in our house. Silly.

Can you believe it? A tree! Inside!!

Oh that's right. It's a Christmas Tree. It is in my house because soon it will be the Day Called Christmas! Yippee!!!

I got tired before Mom could put the sparkly things on the tree. I wanted her to come be with me, so she did. She said the sparkly things could wait until later. She always stops what she's doing when I need her.

I'm pretty tired. I think I'll go to bed. I'm sure I'll have another busy week!

Veterans

Today was a little strange. Mom didn't get me up early. She let me sleep. When I woke up, I got ready and had breakfast. Then Mom took me to Mrs. Leigh Ann's. Where was Grandmom? And why didn't Mom go to big work?? And if she didn't go to big work, why didn't I stay home with her. I had no answers. Oh well.

I had a good day at Mrs. Leigh Ann's. Grandmom came to get me. Again, where is Mom? So weird. I played for a little while and then Mom showed up to get me. We went to the store called Kohl's. I was very unhappy there. Unhappy until I met my new friend. He's a panda. Mom said I could have him if I would just stop crying. I thought that was fair.

After Kohl's, we went to Target. Then we came home and had dinner. I figured out what was going on all day. Mom was doing cleaning things. All of my toys were in different places. Hm. I introduced Panda to the rest of the gang. Now I'm ready for bed.

Today was the day called Veterans Day. Today we honored all the men and women who have fought and who continue to fight for our country and our freedom. Hooray for our Veterans!! Thank you for all you have done and for all you continue to do!

Who's A Slacker? That Would Be Me...

Well, I'm a big ol' blogging flop this week!! I'm sorry, faithful readers!! It's really Mom's fault. She has fallen asleep the past two nights without putting the computer where I could reach it. Mom has been so tired this week and she looked like she was resting so well that I didn't want to wake her to ask her for the computer. I'll catch you up. You haven't missed much.

Tuesday. I went to Mrs. Leigh Ann's and then waited at Grandmom and Granddad's until Mom came home. I had a pretty good day. After Mom came, she brought me home and I got ready for bed. Not a very exciting day.

Wednesday. I went to Mrs. Leigh Ann's and then I stayed with Grandmom and Granddad while Mom was at little work. I had a pretty good day.

Grandmom and Granddad brought me home. I had some Chick-Fil-A for dinner. Mom said she had a bad day and deserved Chick-Fil-A. The best part was that she got a milkshake too! It was peppermint chocolate chip and it was fabulous! I was really sad when it was all gone. As I was getting ready for bed, I escaped from Mom before she got my shirt all the way off. I ran around like this for a while...

Thursday. Today. I had a pretty good day today too. Grandmom lost her keys this morning. That caused some early morning drama.

After she found them, I went to Mrs. Leigh Ann's and then to Grandmom and Granddad's. Grandmom brought me home this afternoon on her way to have dinner with her friends. Mom was doing some weird stuff to my house. All of the furniture was in crazy places. I had some dinner and took a bath and now I'm ready for bed.

Now you're all caught up. I can't believe I let so much time go by without an update!!

Goodnight!!
