IKEA!

Wow. We were gone ALL day today! After breakfast, Aunt Mere came and picked us up and we were gone like the wind!

We were in the car for a while until we stopped at IKEA. I've been there once before, when I was really little. We went to the cafe first. Mom and Aunt Mere thought it would be best if everybody had some food in their tummies before we shopped. I had my very first peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I LOVED it! While we were eating, Granny Kat, Katie, and Bobby came in!

After our snacks, we shopped. And shopped. And shopped. IKEA is huge. We looked at lots and lots of furniture and house stuff. And some kid stuff. Mom bought me a Princess Mouse because I had been such a good girl. We shopped for a long time. I fell asleep.

I woke up as we were leaving. I had a squeezy applesauce in the car while we were going somewhere else. I love that stuff. We stopped at the big Concord Mills mall. We went in to the place where all the food is. We waited for Granny Kat, Katie, and Bobby. Then the big people had a snack. I had something called "lemonade" in my cup because my juice was all gone. Then we shopped in my stores before we came home.

It was late in the afternoon when we got back home. I played for a while and then it was time for dinner. I had something that Mom said was called "pasta stars in meat sauce" and green beans. It was really good! I'm liking these new dinners that Mom is letting me try!

I played for a while after dinner and now I'm ready for bed. It was a busy but great day!
