Oh, No...

Not a good day. Not a good day at all.

It all started last night. All of a sudden, I was very sick. I went to bed, but I woke up and was very sick again. Grandmom and Granddad came very late at night to bring me some medicine and some special juice. I rested in Mom's bed with her last night. I didn't say "slept" because we didn't do much sleeping. We did a lot of laying there feeling sorry for ourselves mostly.

Mom and I stayed home together today. I got to have some of that special juice this morning. I took a little nap after that. I ate a little bit of breakfast. I took a pretty good nap on the couch.

I didn't really want any lunch. I just had some applesauce. I wouldn't eat the other things Mom offered me.

Mom and I had to go for a quick ride to pick up my fall pictures. When we came back, Granny Kat and her friend Mrs. Tammy stopped by to see me. They were out having adventures.

While we were home today, Mom made this funny elephant hat. She made it because she made a mistake on the main hat part and forgot to change colors. She's a little sad that this mistake hat is too big for me. She says I can wear it next year.

I've had a bath and I'm going to bed. I feel a little better, but I still don't feel like myself. Mom says we can stay home again tomorrow.
