When we got to Aunt Nelle's, Uncle Temp and Aunt Nancy were there too. Derek wasn't there yet, so we all played together while we waited for him. Aunt Nelle has one of those sparkly trees in her house too. Her tree is very beautiful. I had a great time sitting on Aunt Nancy's lap and playing with Uncle Temp. When Derek arrived, I think he thought I was a puppy. He scratched my tummy. Grandmom and Granddad even came. We all had fun playing together. I even got to talk to MG the Bear.

Total Domination and Visits
Have I mentioned that I love Saturdays?
This was a great one. We got up early so we didn't miss much. I played with Mom a lot. She had ice cream in this cup. I was very interested in the cup and why Mom was having ice cream for breakfast. She said it was because she could and when I was older she would get me a cup too. :)
After "breakfast", we had to go to that place called Wal Mart. That place creeps me out. There is too much happening there. After Wal Mart, I helped Mom make cakes. When the cakes were finished, it was game time! I was really tired though, so I took a nap. While I was sleeping, my Gamecocks totally demolished Troy. Mom said it was fun to watch. By the time I woke up, all of the main guys were just hanging out. Stephen, Marcus, Alshon...they weren't playing anymore. Mom said that Coach Spurrier was giving the other guys a chance to play because the Gamecocks were so far ahead. She said it was also a good idea to protect those guys from getting hurt before the game against the dreaded Clemson (shudder) and the SEC Championship. While the game was finishing up, I played with Thing. The game wasn't as exciting as usual. After all, it was 69-24. Total domination.
After the game (and another short nap), Mom and I got ready to go to Aunt Nelle's house. We were going to see the self-proclaimed "coolest guy in the world", Mom's cousin Derek. On our way there, Mom yelled real loud in the car. I checked to see what was the matter. A big woodland creature called a "deer" had just run into our car. Mom was freaked out. I thought that it wasn't a very smart thing for the deer to be playing in the street. I asked Mom about that and she said that deer aren't very smart, but that this one seemed to be okay as it scampered off into the woods. She also said that luckily, the car seemed to be okay too.

They Did It Again!
Mom didn't go to big work again today. We had a pretty calm morning. Just snacks and naps and cake baking. Then Mom packed me up and took me to see Dr. Shuler. It was time for my four-month checkup. Nurse Brandi checked me out. I weigh 11 pounds and 11 ounces now and I'm two feet tall! (They wrote down 24 inches, but I know that's two feet!) Dr. Shuler came in and checked me out. He put the little spaceship thingy on my chest to listen to my insides. He put a little light in my eyes and in my ears. He did some other stuff with my head and my legs. He said I was very alert, very strong, and very pretty. :) Then he said I had to hang out on this table for a few minutes.
They came in and said something about "only two this time". Oh no.... I did not like the sound of that.
Then Nurse Brandi came back in with the tray. I had seen that thing before. And Nurse Patty was with her. Oh no. I recognized this dance. First, Nurse Brandi gave me some juice in my mouth. Oh, ok. Maybe we're just gonna have a drink. But then Mom put me on the table and held my hands. Nurse Patty held my legs. And then Nurse Brandi stabbed me in the leg! OUCH! I cried, but just a little. Then, just like last time, she stabbed me in my other leg. I cried a little more. But then I was all done. I smiled and talked to the nurses to let them know I forgave them for the stabbings. :)
After the doctor, we picked Brenna up from Mrs. Leigh Ann's and brought her back to our house. Aunt Mere and Colin were getting haircuts. I played with Brenna while Mom did some weird stuff. Aunt Mere and Colin came. Mrs. Tracey came too. I played with her.
As Aunt Mere was leaving, I noticed the weirdest thing. There is a TREE in my HOUSE! WHAT?!?

She Always Moves The Football
Today was different. Mom didn't go to big work. We got up a little later than usual and then Mom took me to Mrs. Leigh Ann's. Mom went to see a doctor about her sickness. She got some medicine. I hope she feels better soon!

Mom came to get me at Mrs. Leigh Ann's this afternoon. Then we went to see Grandmom and Granddad.
When we came home, I watched A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving.
Mom says that the day called Thanksgiving is next week. She said they always show Charlie Brown right before the day comes. I really liked the dog called Snoopy. Mom says that Snoopy is her favorite too. I learned a lot about the day called Thanksgiving. I learned about the Pilgrims at Plymouth. I learned that a lot of them got really sick and that there weren't as many of them as there were before. I learned that the guy in charge of the Pilgrims was named Miles Standish. I learned that two Native Americans helped the Pilgrims with their gardens when they planted fish with their corn. I think they said they were called Samoset and Squanto. (I'm glad Mom didn't name me that!!) And I learned that when the Pilgrims gathered up the food from their gardens, the Native Americans came and they all had a party to give thanks to God for their food and their homes and their new friends. That is why we have the day called Thanksgiving. I think. I'm just a baby, after all. I was trying to pay very close attention.

How Did This Happen??
There are no pictures of me today!!! Mom's phone alarm didn't work this morning because as she says, her phone is possessed. So Mom woke up late. She still feels really sick. She's going to the doctor tomorrow. Since Mom was late, I didn't have time to take pictures.
I had kind of a rough tummy day. My clothes had to be changed before Mom came to get me at Grandmom's.
Since there are no pictures of me today, please enjoy this picture from our shoot with Mrs. Chalica. It's one of Mom's favorites. :)

This Cool New Thing
Grandmom and Aunt Mere went to this thing. They called it the "Christmas Show". I don't know if people were singing or dancing or what, but they came back with something for me! Grandmom says it's called a "sensory cloth". What?!?!? I have no idea what that means. But I do know that the thing is super cool. Look at it...
It's super soft. It's all bright and colorful. It has these little ribbons all the way around it for me to play with. They feel different when I touch them.

Four Months!!
It's my monthiversary!! I'm four months old now!
After Mom and I watched Coach Spurrier talk about the game on his show, we went to York for lunch. I played with Brenna. We made silly faces.

And cute faces.
I spent most of the time we were there sleeping. Mom finally said it was time to go and she put me in my seat.

After we came home, Mom took some pictures of me. I had gotten rid of the tights and shoes. They were aggravating! I was happy to have them off!
