Wait, wait, wait. Today was a day with a name. Presidents Day. Something about some fellow named George and some other guy with a beard. I don't really know. I quit listening when I found out that we didn't get the day off. What?!? But this President thing is clearly a major holiday!! Why did I have to get up so stinkin' early???
This named day failed. I had to get up anyway. And get ready. 
I was happy to see Grandmom, at least.
Mom says I'm a "morning person".
The way I see it, Mom needs all the smiles I can give her to get her through the day until I can smile at her again. Just looking out for her. :)
After Mom left, Grandmom took me to Mrs. Leigh Ann's and then I stayed at her house while Mom was at little work. (Apparently little work didn't get the memo about the President people either....) While I was at Grandmom's, Colin had a cup. I know the cup had something good in it. I'm getting wise to these cup things. Apparently, this cup contained a "milkshake". Ice cream that you can drink. Somewhat similar to the Frosty that I shared with Mom just yesterday.
I tried to express my interest to Colin.
He did not take the hint. He just slurped that thing down right in front of me. Hrm. I have put this episode in my memory bank.
After the milkshake episode and a nap, Mom came from little work. I was glad to see her. She brought me home. Now I've had my bath and my dinner and it's time for bed. I had a good day, but it certainly was a lame holiday!!
Anna, Colin is a little bit scared now. He is concerned about your memory bank. He would have shared if he thought you could have some.
