I had a better day today. Mom had a long day at big work. Grandmom and Granddad brought me home. They were going somewhere. Mom changed my clothes and said we were going somewhere special.
I took a quick nap in the car and then we were there. At big work!! I had been there before, so I recognized it. I didn't understand why we were going to big work at night time. Mom showed me her classroom again. I haven't seen it since I was little. She let me see her instruments.
She let me get out of my seat and she took me around to see some nice people. I saw lots of people that I haven't seen since I was very small. They all said the same things. "Look at those eyes", "Look at all that hair", and "She looks just like her mommy." It was nice to see a lot of friendly people.
Then I met someone very different! It was an elf!!! A real, live, pointy-eared elf!!! At Mom's work!! Mom said the elf's name was Mrs. Tami. I studied her very closely. I found her brightly colored elf clothes, her funny hat, and her pointy ears to be very interesting!! She was lots of fun to talk to!
Then something amazing happened. I met the man. The man called Santa. Oh my goodness. He was SO nice! He had a fuzzy red suit just like my dress. He had a fuzzy red hat. He wore big black boots and white gloves. He had a really fluffy white beard and cute little glasses. He looked just like I imagined he would!!! I studied him very carefully for a bit while Mom was holding me. Then, I got to sit on his lap! Me! On Santa's lap!! He held me and talked to me so sweetly. I was just amazed by him.
I had my pictures made with the man called Santa. Mom will get those tomorrow when she goes back to big work. I'll put them here when she gives them to me. This is just a preview...
